Guiding Philosophy

Emotional and relational patterns often develop as adaptive responses to earlier experiences. Therapy can support greater awareness, flexibility, and compassion in responding to these patterns in the present.

"I take a collaborative approach with my clients
to encourage meaningful navigation
of the
challenges of life."

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and integrative. I draw from psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness-based cognitive approaches, and somatic awareness to help you understand the patterns shaping your thoughts, emotions, and relationships.

When helpful, I may also incorporate mindfulness, yoga-informed movement, and nervous system regulation. Together, we work toward greater insight, flexibility, self-trust, and more authentic ways of living.
