Individual Therapy

45 Minute Session: $110
Individual psychotherapy offers a collaborative space to explore emotional patterns, develop new coping strategies, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself. Sessions may focus on increasing insight, supporting emotional regulation, and responding more flexibly to thoughts, feelings, and life stressors.

When appropriate, mindfulness-based and somatic approaches may be incorporated to support nervous system regulation and emotional processing.
Yoga Therapy Services

Yoga Therapy
50-60 Minute Session: $75
Yoga therapy integrates mindfulness, breathwork, gentle movement, and somatic awareness to support mental and physical well-being. Sessions are individualized and offered in a trauma-sensitive manner, with an emphasis on safety, pacing, and choice.

This approach may be helpful in addressing symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, and stress-related conditions by supporting nervous system regulation and emotional processing.

Yoga therapy may be used as an adjunct to psychotherapy or as a stand-alone service to support emotional resilience and overall well-being. No prior experience with yoga is necessary.
