Clinical Psychotherapist +Yoga Therapist

At Interiority Wellness, I offer integrative psychotherapy for adults seeking meaningful and lasting change. With more than 29 years of clinical experience across inpatient, residential, outpatient, and private practice settings, I specialize in working with depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, women’s concerns, and LGBTQ+ identity and relationships.

My clinical work is informed by trauma-informed psychodynamic therapy and mindfulness-based cognitive therapies. Together, these approaches help us understand how longstanding emotional patterns and beliefs may shape your present-day thoughts, behaviors, and relationships.

Emotional distress is often held not only in the mind, but within the nervous system and body. In our work together, we explore these patterns with curiosity and compassion while building more adaptive ways of responding that support flexibility, self-trust, and authenticity.

I take a collaborative approach to therapy and create a space where you can safely reflect, deepen insight, and experiment with change.

In addition to evidence-based psychotherapy, I incorporate complementary mind-body approaches such as mindfulness practices, yoga-informed movement, and somatic awareness when appropriate. These modalities can be especially helpful in working with trauma, anxiety, and depression by supporting nervous system regulation and emotional processing.

As both a Licensed Independent Social Worker and Certified Yoga Therapist, my goal is to offer an integrative approach to mental and physical wellness that addresses the whole person.

If you are interested in scheduling a consultation, please submit an appointment request. I look forward to connecting with you.
