Clinical Psychotherapist +Yoga Therapist
In my 26 years as a psychotherapist, I have worked in many different care settings including in-patient hospitalization, out-patient, residential treatment and private practice. Currently, in my private practice at Interiority Wellness, my focus and interests are in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, women's issues and the LGBTQ community. My intention and commitment is to help individuals build improved relationships with themselves, as well as in their interactions with the world around them.
My therapeutic focus is to target ineffective beliefs, behaviors, and habits. The intention is to create a safe space for clients to explore and implement change to better live their life authentically. I believe in taking a collaborative approach with clients to support their treatment goals.
As both a clinical social worker and yoga therapist, I am dedicated to providing integrative therapies for mental and physical wellness. In addition, I'm passionate about helping clients rediscover their internal resources.
Lastly, I enjoy facilitating workshops and webinars.
If you’d like to schedule a consultation with me, please send an appointment request. I look forward to hearing from you.
