Clinical Psychotherapist +Yoga Therapist
My shared vocations of psychotherapist and yoga therapist-teacher enable me to take a broad view of healing. As such, I am dedicated to fostering opportunities for holistic wellness by offering evidence-based psychotherapy, as well as yoga therapy as an adjunct or alternative therapy for disorders such as depression and anxiety. How the mind operates, and how it can be effectively managed is central to both cognitive behavioral therapies and the yoga tradition.
