Dates: Saturday, April 10 through Saturday, June 5, 2021

Time: 2 pm to 4 pm

In this 9-week course, you will learn how to:

* Develop Self-Awareness

* Develop Self-Compassion

* identify Being versus Doing

* Learn to Tolerate Distress while Acting Anyway

* Clarify What You Want Your Life to Be About

* Identify Living in Our Heads

* Gather the Scattered Mind

* Practice the 3-Minute Breathing Space

* Recognize Aversion and Leaning In

* Recognize Attachment and Letting Be

* Acknowledge that Thoughts and Feelings are Not Facts

* Take Care of Oneself

* Navigate Stressful Work/School Environments

* Maintain and Extend this New Learning

* Take Committed Action

During group, we will discuss and explore what was learned and practiced from previous sessions and readings, along with personal experiences from those who wish to share. 

Because anxiety and depression are sensitive topics, this group will be limited to no more than 8 individuals. All information that is shared will be kept confidential. Readings and worksheets will be assigned between each group.
